About Us:
We’re seeking an organized and proactive Secretary to support our record label’s virtual operations. This remote role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating online meetings, and ensuring smooth communication within our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, virtual appointments, and correspondence for executives and artists.
  • Communication Management: Handle emails, and virtual communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Document Handling: Prepare reports, maintain digital files, and organize documents.
  • Virtual Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate online meetings, take minutes and manage follow-ups.
  • Task Management: Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Secretary or Communication Director.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Meet.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a virtual environment.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule to attend virtual meetings and respond promptly to tasks.
